Two day virtual training package for professionals

The Tic service at GOSH (Great Ormond Street Hospital) are delivering excellent training courses on assessment and treatment. There are basic and advanced options available to build foundations and skills in this much needed area. 

Wednesday 4 & Thursday 5 June 2025, 10:00-16:00 BST

Behavioural treatment for tics is used as the treatment for children and adults with tics and Tourette syndrome (TS). We acknowledge that there is a shortage of therapists trained to deliver this treatment for people with tics and TS, and so in order to address this, the Tic Service at Great Ormond Street Hospital has put together a 2 day package of training for clinicians in the UK and internationally. Attendees of this training course will learn the clinical skills needed to deliver behavioural treatment for tics and will have access to important materials to facilitate treatment. Clinicians will also have access to an online group consultation/supervision session to be completed within 6 months of the training.
