I have the absolute privilege to head up the most amazing charity, there is no better feeling than knowing that we are making a difference to the lives of those with TS and those who support them.

At the charity I hear daily from people expressing their thanks to the team for their support, there are some members of the team though who you probably don’t know exist!

We are a well-oiled ship, all playing a very important part to running the charity and providing its services. You may never hear from certain members of the team but every single member of the TA team works above and beyond daily to provide support for those with TS.

Meet my wonderful team!

	Adam - Operations Manager Adam ensures we have everything we need to run smoothly and effectively, from CRM systems, to laptops, to office contracts, not sure how we ever survived without him!
	Pippa – Communications and Project Manager Pip or Pipster as we like to call her manages all our external comms and projects, often having multiple plates spinning at once, nothing is very too much trouble for her, we would be lost without her! Internally she is also known as the grammar queen, often proofing all our work
	Emma – Events Manager Emma runs everything events based from fests to workshops, to webinars. She is a perfectionist, always wanting to ensure these events are what our service users want, continually going above and beyond, often leading to many sleepless nights!
	Ali – Accounts Ali manages all things money. Most people probably don’t even know Ali exists as she is behind the scenes but without her and her dedication we would not be where we are today, she is the longest member of TA staff!
	Lucy – Education Manager Lucy provides our education provision, creating online content and factsheets, providing support to parents and education staff on how to support those with TS in education and delivering training sessions. She is our go to place for anything education supporting hundreds of families and schools on a monthly basis!
	Venetia – Office Administrator Venetia or Neesh as we call her provides all our office admin support, nothing is too much trouble for her. Anyone ordering leaflets, ID cards or items from our online shop will have been parcelled up and delivered by Neesh. We have more recently started calling her postie.
	Ione – Therapies and Advocacy Manager Ione provides advice and support around TS, providing lots of our training sessions to workplaces and health and social care. I absolutely love Ione’s energy and enthusiasm and I could quite happily listen to her present all day long!
	Jenna – Social Media Manager Jenna manages all our graphics and social media content, she is quite possibly one of the nicest, most helpful and friendly people you will ever meet, everyone is happy when Jenna is around.
	Suzanne – Support Services Manager Suzanne heads up all things support from helpdesk to groups, she is a wealth of all knowledge, going above and beyond daily to support our service users. What Suzanne doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing!
	Kelsie – Support Services Administrator Kelsie works part time providing support to the helpdesk services, she is such a helpful and extremely willing member of the team, nothing is too much trouble.
	Kat – Online Support Group Leader Kat runs our online face to face groups, providing a safe space for those with TS and those who support those with TS a place to openly share stories and come together to build friendship. Kat has an extremely calm nature, which makes her a perfect choice for this role.
	Laura – Face to Face Support Groups Leader Laura supports the TA Face to Face Group Leaders around the country, travelling lots of weekends to attend the groups and provide the leaders and their groups with much needed support and guidance. She is super organised and always steps up and gets the job done.
	Anne-Marie – Fundraising Assistant Anne-Marie is the newest member of our team and is managing all things fundraising. She has only been with us a little over 3 weeks but has fitted into the team seamlessly, its like she's a part of the furniture already!
	Ros – Trust Funding Consultant Ros completes all our funding applications, many of you won’t have ever met Ros but without Ros many of our projects would not be possible. She is an absolute whizz at writing applications and we can’t thank her enough for the funds she has managed to secure for the charity.
