The benefits of music therapy are shown in this great video

Thanks to generous funders, Tourettes Action were able to support Music Therapist Lizz Lipscombe with a programme of music therapy sessions for adults with TS.

Held in Reading during the latter part of 2022, the sessions were tailored especially for people living with TS. This powerful video is the result of one adult who attended 12 sessions over a 3 month period. They played every instrument themselves, wrote the lyrics and edited it all into a music video format, overcoming personal performance hurdles along the way.

We are thrilled to announce that we will be running a further music therapy course for adults with Lizz later this year, so keep your eyes peeled for more details coming soon.
