We are delighted to offer a NEW downloadable TS Passport for adults and children
The TS Passport is available to download and print with optional Tic Attack sheet. We have also created child friendly versions with images.
There is space to add information about your tics, things that can help and things that can increase tics, space to record any medication, emergency contact information and the option to add a photograph.
The Tic Attacks sheet will allow you to record details on how your tic attacks can present and how others can support you during an episode.
This is a perfect document to carry with you, and to share with others if the need arises.
