The BTTI offers training opportunities for healthcare professionals on behavioural therapy for tics.
Behavioural Therapy Training Package for Clinicians & Therapists
Live online training workshops with Dr Tara Murphy and Jolande van de Griendt, delivering presentations including pre-recorded videos and a live patient demonstration using ERP & habit reversal.
This training is designed for professionals from disciplines such as psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, psychiatry and neurology as well as clinicians with experience of delivering behavioural therapy.
Training Options
The BTTI training in 2024 consists of online, three half-day training days (A +B below) which costs £375. (All times are UK time).
This training package is made up of:
A. Two half days of ‘basic training’ 14th & 21st May 2024 9am-1.30pm
B. Third half day of ‘advanced training’ 24th September 2024 9am-1.30pm

The Advanced Training event on 24th September 2024 9am-1.30pm can also be attended as a one-off advanced session by others who have been through the basic training in previous years, at a cost of £110.

Clinical Consultation Sessions
For support in your therapeutic work, join our clinical consultation sessions which run every second month. These sessions are to support clinical professionals working with patients who have tics using behavioural therapy including discussion of cases, challenges with delivering behavioural therapy as well as practical clinical advice.
Each session costs £10 each.
