Webinar - Yoga, breathwork & Tourette syndrome
Yoga helps to soothe our nervous system and helps us befriend, reduce the frequency, and respond kindly to the physical and emotional symptoms of TS. Breathwork is a valuable tool to reduce, refocus, and clear your mind to help reduce tics (particularly vocal tics).
