West Midlands Support Group
Venue: Birmingham Friends of the Earth, The Warehouse, 54-57 Allison Street, Birmingham, B5 5TH
Support Group Meeting suitable for teens and adults. We'll be having a go at knitting as it's a great calming activity. plus it's a great creative outlet and a nice personal touch to give friends and family gifts you have made for them.
Please bring along a pair of 4mm knitting needles and some bog standard straight forward simple double knit ( DK ) yarn, you can pick some up for your local friendly yarn shop or if you can't find any I have some.
Bring along some munchies to share and £1 for the raffle which goes towards paying for the room.

Bake-Along with Emma

Calling all 8 -80 year olds! Join our online support group to meet others with tics and TS and bake something yummy during our fun session.
We will be making 'Shoobbley Pie!
You will need:
226g butter or margarine
226g self raising flour
170g sugar
2 eggs
Almond or vanilla essence (optional)
1 can of fruit pie filling (eg Princes summer fruits)
Optional- raisins/choc chips/glace cherries
Dish to bake it all in
